IO team (Comm Amn Harrell, Eng SMSgt Smith, Lt Griffin) met w/Dir of Communications key staff. Reviewed computer and network systems. Facilities & equipment support previous request for PRT assistance in equipping computer classroom and conference room (scope of work in development). Also arranged anti-virus assistance on current systems tomorrow. Additionally assessed request for shelter over generators, key in maintaining computer based VOIP phone system for governor and other key leaders of province. IO completed PsyOp assisted assessment of local radio station. Assistance key in developing contract options for radio program sponsorship. Options under review by PRT/CC and DoS director. IO met with Radio Board key staff to finalize equipment list for bid by contractors. (Funding already TFC approved) Expect contract to bid Sunday, 5 Aug.
