Completed CJSOTF (Camp Vance) assessment of radio IO capacity and planning for the Panjshir Province. Follow-on CJPOTF (ISAF) visit desired for placement of addl radio repeater towers to improve IO/Governance reachability throughout the province. PRT/IO and CJSOTF worked tentative air-time plan and funding plan for a short-term test of CERP funding of governance air-time and strategic IO messages.
