The user guide for 'Weeping Angel', which WikiLeaks described as a CIA implant for Samsung F Series smart TVs that records audio from the built-in microphone. WikiLeaks said it was based on the 'Extending' tool of the UK's MI5/BTSS and developed further by both agencies.
