Documentation and source code for the CIA's 'Scribbles' project, which WikiLeaks described as a tool for embedding web-beacon-style watermarks in Microsoft Office documents that might be passed on by insiders, whistleblowers or journalists. The released version (v1.0 RC1) is dated 1 March 2016, according to WikiLeaks.
