At 010645Z TF Diablo requested MEDEVAC for pt cut above the knee on his left leg, exposing bone. Engineer was working at FOB Shank, cut knee on his left leg exposing bone. Currently being ground evaced to FOB Puli Alam. Pt''s Vitals are stable, SM is in extreme pain, vitals are as follows: pulse 92, pulse ox 98, bp 190/100, patient has already had 10mg of morphine. 010730Z MM(E) 06-01D bird is w/d at PULILAM, 010732Z w/u enroute to SAL, 010812z w/d SAL. MC 9 line medevac to follow 1 WC 02027 61622 2 FM 60.950 ROUGHNECK TOC 3 A 4 A 5 1A 6 N 7 A 8 A 9 None 10 6328MSL Engineer was working at FOB Shank, cut above the knee on his left leg. Currently being ground evaced to FOB Puli Alam
