Patient History: 18 Y/0 Detainee, received gun shot wound to right shoulder, open wound to the nose, fractured clavicle, washout of shoulder and packing of the nose, pt will need further repair of nose and shoulder. Pt History: Patient #1 is an 18 year old Detainee, received gun shot wound to the right shoulder, open wound to the nose, fractured clavicle, washout of shoulder and packing of the nose, patient will need further repair of nose and shoulder. Vitals: BP 113/60, HR 79, R 16, o2 96 T 97.1 patient has a Foley and stable. Patient #2 is a 20 year old US Army male injured by circular saw to R knee, fracture partial to Right femur. Patient went to OR for washout but needs further tx and surgery.
