SUBJECT: REQUEST HUMAN RIGHTS VETTING FOR CANDIDATE FOR
FLIGHT NURSE TRAINING
1. Post requests the Department's assistance pursuant to the
Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act in screening the
following individual who has been nominated for training by
the Office of Security Cooperation. The individual is to
attend Flight Nurse Training at Lackland Air Force Base,
Texas from December 29, 2008 - April 4, 2009. Post has no
derogatory information.
