CJSOTF requested a 9 Line MEDEVAC for an 11Y/O LN boy at FOB Deh Rawod. At 1322Z CJSOTF requested a MEDEVAC for a boy who was injured by a hand grenade he was playing with. Patient has 2X open chest wounds, punctured pelvis, 2X open abdominal wounds, and shrapnel in the thighs. Patient is Urgent Surgical and LZ was marked with panels. MEDEVAC approved as 03-01B, W/U from KAF at 1417Z. MEDEVAC 03-01B W/D and MC at 1510Z.
