At 1850Z, RC East reported an IED Strike: FF reported an explosion targeting ABP. When SSE was conducted a hand held Motorola Radio with wire and a 9-volt battery were found. No injuries or damages reported. NFTR. Event closed at 1116Z. ISAF # 12-0040
