(DELAYED REPORT) On 22JAN07 CJSOTF received information from a source that an individual would be delivering IED components and explosives from Pakistan to Jalalabad. The source advices that the delivery would be made to a hat shop located in downtown JBAD. ABP provided physical surveillance of the shop intended. ABP detained 2xINS on 28JAN07. Items recovered on the scene were 2.5pds Orange RDX explosives , 3pds white RDX explosives (removed from PG-7), 2pds of propellant, 1x200gram Block of TNT with black time fuse and non-electric blasting cap, and 1xChemical pencil.
