POSSIBLE SURVEILLANCE OF US EMBASSY: ON 27 FEB 04, A PATROL OBSERVED SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE A CAMERA MOUNTED ON THE TOP OF THE ROOF OF A PRIVATE HOME. THE CAMERA APPEARED TO BE POINTED TOWARDS THE US EMBASSY. THE HOUSE IS AT GRID: 343202N 0691106E. THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN FROM THE NE.
