Ruffian 11 was behind a Jingle truck that exploded. They are securing site. QRF and EOD preping to go to site. 0630z Prov Gov reporting to PCC 3 LN WIA ATT. 0645z Onsite report of 1 x LN children WIA 3 x Adult LN serious WIA 1 x SVBIED KIA ALL have been evaced to LN Hospital At 0639Z, RC East reported a VBIED Strike. FF reported that while conducting a NFO patrol just outside FOB Finley Shields witnessed a Jingle truck explode. FF have secured the site. QRF and EOD are enroute. No casualties or damage reported. NFI att. At 0630Z, Provincial Governor notified FF there are 3x LN wounded. At 0645Z, QRF and EOD arrived on scene and reported the explosion was a SVBIED. BDA: 6x LN Wounded(CAT UNK) and 1x INS Killed. All 6x LN have been transported to a LN hospital. At 0705Z, the SVBIED was established to be a 4 door Toyota SURF that exploded in front of the Jingle Truck resulting in it taking the brunt of the blast.
