(DELAYED REPORT)TF Phoenix reported a VBIED strike 22KM NE of FOB Robinson. At 0944Z TF Phoenix reported 1X white Corolla station wagon pulled off of the road and detonated as a Convoy was passing. 1X ANA vehicle was struck resulting in 1X ANA injured and 1X TB KIA. The wheel was fixed and ANA continued on with task. EOD was not requested.
