At 0723Z, TF Helmand reported a possible UXO ( Silver Cylinder, no wires) Find. FF reported while manning a VCP, they found a possible UXO (Silver cylinder, no wires). FF reported they set an overwatch and requested EOD to exploit the site. IEDD TM from BSN will investigate. FF reported no casualties or damage. NFI att. At 1051Z, TF Helmand reported: Joint Force EOD exploited and confirmed the device to be an old bomblet. EOD BIP the device. FF reported no casualties or damage. NFTR. Event closed at 1115Z.
