Report text
TF Devil reported a mine discovered 12km N of FOB Orgun-E. At 0546Z, TF Wildcat reported while conducting routine route clearing they discovered one mine in the roadway. Mine was surrounded by stones and rocks and placed in the middle of the roadway. TF Wildcat determined the mine to be an Italian TC 2.4 pressure plated mine. Mine appeared to have been recently emplaced. While securing the area TF Wildcat observed one unknown individual observing the site. TF Wildcat attempted to detain the individual, but was unsuccessful. 0600Z Update: TF Wildcat reported mine was destroyed in place. Unit continued mission. No damages or injuries were reported. NFTR.
