At 0530 hours, on 1 August 2007, EOD was notified of an IED located at grid 42SXD 27208 11474. While conducting vehicle searches at an ANP checkpoint, ANP discovered a white bag which contained a propane tank with wires coming out of the top. See attachment for details. EVENT CLOSED ATT
