Report text

at 0515Z on 01OCT 07 PCC reports that a road construction team uncovered 2 old mortar rounds and 2 old artillery rounds at 42S XD 395 069, site is secured. Requesting EOD support. UPDATE: EOD did respond. There were actually six rounds; our old friends at Halo Trust took five rounds, but left the sixth for EOD (it was still fused). EOD blew it in place (BIP). No storyboard on this, because it was a straight UXO call. EVENT IS CLOSED
