TF Spartan requested a 9 Line MEDEVAC for 2X Pts from FOB Tillman. At 1115Z TF Spartan requested a MEDEVAC for 1X US MIL and 1X NON US MIL, Pts were urgent surgery and priority. 1st PT has Acute Stomach pain, possible inflamed Appendix. 2nd PT has hand FX which occurred approx 24hrs ago. MEDEVAC 04-01B was approved and W/U at 1150Z from Sal. MEDEVAC 04-01B W/D at SAL 1300Z, M/C. 1325Z PT Update: 1x interpreter is in surgery for appendicitis, 1x US mil RTD.
