TF THUNDER REPORTS EXPLOSION IVO JBAD. AT 0927Z THE FOLLOWING SALT REPORT WAS SENT: S: 9 US PAX FROM OMCA, A: EXPLOSION AT RECRUITING CENTER BLOWING A HOLE IN EXTERIOR WALL, L: 42S XD 33677 11682, T: 0845Z. REMARKS: NO CASUALTIES OR INJURIES REPORTED. JBAD PRT DISPATCHED THEIR EOD WITH QRF TO CONDUCT POST BLAST ASSESSMENT AND RECOVER AND ESCORT THE OMCA PAX BACK TO THE PRT. UPDATE: 1058Z ALL OMC-A PAX AT JBAD PRT. EOD DETERMINED A VERY SMALL IED WAS USED. 10-15 LBS OF EXPLOSIVES WERE PLACED ON THE WALL.
