01 2252Z APR 08: ECP 1 reports a BREACH in the wire near Tower 26 behind the fuel yard. 3xPAX crawled under the fence and were seen running in a mine field toward the village of Qal Eh Ye Golay. A24 was sent to the village with ANP but found no personnel and could not get any information at that time. A24 reports that the individuals were headed in the general direction of that village but could have gone into another village instead. The 3xPAX were wearing all black clothing and black headdresses. They were spotted inside of the wire by the LN roving tower guard who told them to stop. The PAX ran and the guard chased them as they crawled back underneath the fence. They were not observed carrying anything and there is no hole in the fence.
