at 1334Z TF Catamount requests MEDEVAC for 45 yo male injured while filling a tire on a jingle truck. Tire blew up in his face. lost consciousness for approxiamately 1 minute. Irregular pupils, possible cornia damage to both eyes, nasal fracture, large laceration on R cheek, moderately sized hematoma above R eye. Also a facial fracture same location as lac on R cheek. MM08-01C w/u from BAF at 1411. W/D BAF M/C 1725Z
