IT WAS REPORTED BY JEMB, AND CONFIRMED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, THAT ON 4TH OCTOBER 04, AT APPROXIMATELY 0600HRS, AN IED/MINE DETONATED AS A TAXI DROVE OVER IT IN TOORA TIGA, NURGAL DISTRICT. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY NOT KNOWN.
