Report text
TF Devil reported an ineffective indirect attack on FOB Bermel. At 0940Z, TF Devil reported that one rocket impacted outside of FOB Bermel. There was no radar acquisition on the first rocket. At 1001Z, TF Devil reported that a second rocket again impacted outside the wire. The unit was able to acquire the point of origin for the second rocket. The unit assessed that the POO was at 42S WB 30681 06731. The unit also reported observing two HILUX trucks in the vicinity of the POO. Eight artillery rounds of 105mm High Explosive (HE) were fired at the POO, and a patrol moved to the site. The patrol did not find anything of significance. There were injuries or damages reported.
