AT approx 0900z 30 Apr 07, 1 SM complain of pain in lower right quadarent. SM was examined by the Medics and it was determined to be an accute appendicitis, SM was given an IV and bed rest until MEDEVAC arrived. SM status was routine. The medics requested a MEDEVAC for SM for following day. At approx 0329z, MEDEVAC arrived and SM was loaded on A/C. SM was taken to BAF for further treatment. TF 2 Fury 9 Line as follows; Line 1- VB 4343 7735 Line 2- 43 500 Line 3- B Line 4- A Line 5- L1 Line 6- P Line 7- C Line 8- C (Delta Afghan National) Line 9- Unknown 2 Fury MEDEVAC will launch from OE-Grid-OE 02:07 Dust-off 32 and Daddy 02 are W/U from OE ATT ETA 28 Minutes. 02:25 Medevac W/D ATT. 02:30 Medevac W/U enroute to OE ATT. 02:55 Medevac MME05-01A W/D at OE. 03:08 MME05-01A W/U OE MM(E)04-30E DO33(146) BR14(013) w/d sal mc 0511z
