TF Sword requested a MEDEVAC 16km NE from Camp Echo. At 0450Z, TF Sword reported one US/MIL injured. PT precedence is listed as urgent and requires a litter. PT has back pain and numbness in legs as a result of a vehicle accident. No enemy in the area. PZ will be marked with smoke. CJTF76 approved MEDEVAC 11-01A at 0512Z. PT will be taken to Qalat. W/U at 0540Z. W/D at 0630Z. M/C. At 0714Z, PT status was updated to urgent, and will be transferred to KAF. MEDEVAC 11-01B W/U at 0745Z. W/D at KAF 0930Z. M/C.
