At 0833Z, TM Khowst reported an IED Find: FF were on a Route Clearance Patrol when they discovered an IED consisting of 20lbs of UBE in a plastic bucket. EOD has BIP the device. No injuries or damages reported. NFTR. Event closed at 0745Z. ISAF # 11-0016
