At 0400Z, Kamdesh Combat Outpost request MEDEVAC for LN that stepped on a landmine. LN is 10-12 y/o female that stepped on a land mine and has trauma to both legs. Tourniquets have been applied to both legs and at 0407Z both feet were amputated. At 0412Z, MEDEVAC MM 08-01A is approved for patient and family member who brought the child. At 0505Z, MEDEVAC w/u JAF. At 0603Z, MEDEVAC w/d JAF. MC.
