TF Bayonet reports IED discovery 18km S of Shinkay. ANA reports they discovered 3x AP mines that appear to be daisy chained together. TF Bayonet is securing the area and requested TF IED. CJTF76 approves IED TF at 1114Z and BAF AVN OPS reported TF IED W/U from KAF at 1145Z. TF IED is on site. TF IED reported that the suspected IED contained no explosives; the device consisted of an oil filter in an MRE package, a Chinese DK8 rocket tube, and 18x inches of telephone wire running from the rocket tube to the oil filter.
