TF REPEL REQUESTED MEDEVAC FOR A PATIENT TRANSFER FOR 2xLN, 1xANA, 1xUSSM FROM JAF TO BAF. Patients needed a higher level of care. Medical information as follows: PT 1: 50 Y/O Female with traumatic amputation of lower L leg (below knee), and damage to abdominal wall, she has a HX of COPD and Diabetes; pt has used 3 units blood. THIS PT IS URGENT, Vitals: 164/85, pulse 125, SPO2 98% PT 2: 11 Y/O female with amputated R foot, this pt has used two units blood, 1 whole, 1 PBC, This pt is Priority, and vitals are WNL. PT 3: 22 Y/O ANA Male GSW to L forearm, this pt is priority, vitals are WNL. PT 4: 30 Y/O Male SM with positive Malaria, is now presenting with spontaneous nose bleeds, Vitals are WNL, PLT count is 42 and WBCs are unreadable. Evacuation for further eval and possible transfusion of PLTs 0510z: MM(E) 11-01A was validated and approved 0518z: wheels up BAF enroute to JAF 0540z: wheels down JAF 0613z: wheels up JAF enroute to BAF 0702z: wheels down BAF, Mission Complete
