CJSOTF requests a MEDEVAC IVO FOB Carlson at 1111Z. PT is US-MIL, listed as urgent and suffers from dizziness, masillary pain, sore throat, neck pain, abdominal pain, fever, sweats, nausea and chills. PT has been ill for two days with out improvement. There is no enemy in the area. PZ is FOB Carlson HLZ and will not be marked. CJTF76 approves MEDEVAC 09-01F at 1112Z. PT will be taken to SAL. MEDEVAC will not be completed due to weather. Unit will repost at first light. The MEDEVAC was never reposted.
