ISAF #10-015 UNIT: Czech PRT TYPE: SAF At 0747z: Czech PRT reports they are taking SAF at Vic Grid 42S VC 98279 55554 At 0752z: Czech PRT reports they have 1x Casualty with GSW At 0755z: Requesting Medevac at this time PT Urgent Surgical At 0807z: MP's and PSD departing FOB Shank en route to Czech location as QRF 0813: UPDATE to Injures: Currently two injuries, both gun shot wounds. PT 1 has GSW to Arm and Leg and is missing toes. Do not know nature of injuries to PT 2, both are moving back to FOB until Medevac arrives. At 0815z: UPDATE to Injuries: Currently reported 4 x WIA, 3 x Walking Wounded, 1 x Urgent Surgical. Czech Patrol is moving back to FOB Shank to stablize patients until Medevac arrives. At 0820z: Medevac W/U BAF to SHANK eta 33 Minutes 0825z: AWT requested 0832z: Medevac W/D Shank 0845z: Grim 66 securing downed Vehicle until ground forces arrive At 0850z: Ground forces secure downed vehicle at this time At 0900z: Czech PRT departs FOB as QRF 0900z: SPT PLT HHC departs FOB as QRF At 0915z: UPDATE to Injuries: Currently 5 x WIA, 4 x Walking Wounded, 1 x Litter Urgent, 1 x Litter Urgent being Medevac At 0920z: Medevac W/U Shank 0925z: AWT on station talking with ground troops At 0926: CAS offstation ATT 0950z: Recovery vehicles are securing vehicles to flatbed ATT At 1128z: Vehicle recovered and all QRF and Recovery elements in route back to FOB At 1210z: All elements RTB FOB Shank.
